Certification of Storage Services

Conducting certification of organic production in Storage is an important direction of our main activities, in which we have an extensive experience.

Circulation of organic products means any transfer or storage of organic products for sale in accordance with the requirements of standards.

We have a proven track record in certifying storage services under international and private standards, such as the EU Organic Regulation, Canada Organic Standard (COR), and Bio Suisse (Switzerland), both in Ukraine and beyond.

Operators may store any type of organic product. Based on the experience of Organic Standard, storage services are most often certified by Operators who work with large volumes of grain crops, seeds, or fodder of various types, where there is an additional need to accumulate products to form a batch and reload in other kinds of vehicles for further export.

Certification involves the thorough verification and assessment of production methods and products to ensure compliance with organic regulations. We issue internationally recognised certificates upon successful certification, granting our clients access to premium organic markets.

Requirements for the Storage of Organic Products

During the storage of organic products, the operator shall:

• Ensure the separate storage of organic products in space or time from non-organic ones.
• Have clearly defined and identified storage areas.
• Take measures for the preparation and cleaning of the storage area.
• Ensure the clear identification of product batches.
• Take measures to prevent mixing with non-organic products and/or contamination of organic products with substances prohibited by the standard.
